We provide one-on-one tutoring for:

  • Learning to read or write

  • Improving your reading or writing skills

  • Language-based job preparation

  • Understanding forms, directions, menus, etc.

  • Using your new literacy skills for your GED program

How do I get started?

  • You must live in Pierce County or southern King County

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must complete the Waiver of Liability Form

  • You must commit to meeting at least once a week with your tutor

  • You must commit to meeting your tutor continuously for at least six months
